Returns & Exchanges

At Totes Green, we take pride in our craft, following strict quality control standards to ensure every tote is perfect before it reaches your door.
If something still isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered. We are happy to refund any new and unused merchandise within two weeks of purchase—no questions asked, no special conditions.
To qualify for a return, we simply ask that:
  • Items are in their original, unused condition.
  • The original packaging is intact.
How to Start Your Return:
  1. Before mailing your item, you must contact us at totesgreensc@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  2. Prepare Your Package: Please repack the items in their original packaging, include a copy of your original invoice, and send the package back within 5 days. Clearly write your RAN on the outside of the package.
  3. Mail Your Return:  Please use a shipping carrier that provides tracking and retain the tracking number as proof. Send your securely packed items to: 1006 Carriage Park Cir., Greer, SC 29650 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at totesgreensc@gmail.com.

We will refund the cost of the merchandise and any applicable sales tax. However, we cannot refund the original shipping cost. If a package is refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect address, the original return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
